Child Soilders, A problem we want to fix..

I posted this photo yesterday on my facebook page @ Inia Maria. And taged 50 of my friends, wanted to tag more but the limit was at 50 person... Any ways I posted this picture so people could see whats going on in our world via facebook, maybe it works, maybe not..

But after I had posted this photo a girl asked me "What is the answer?" I knew that this question would come up, or I was pretty sure. So I asked myself, what is really the answer. This kids are our future, its them that will carry this world out, not the elders. We need to save them... But how.

Am only a 21 year old student, and its a lot  I don't know yet about the world and life, and maybe its something out there I will never learn. But what I know is that I have a free spirit and I can write and say almost everything I want. so lets get back to the question.. What is  the answer for saving our kinds?

First I want to let you know that its rules against children in war. in 1989 the convention for children and their protection was signed. United states and Somalia is the only two countries that hasn't signed this agreement. Why is that? (one answer you can find in: Dear United states ect..) Any ways that's another story, what I want us to look at is how we can save our children.. Allora

1.  initiating measures and statutory framework to prevent rebel groups and reigning soldiers

2. Stop sending wepons to the coutries in conflict

3.Spy and report if episoes where recruitment of children is taking place

4. Open a NGO where everything is based on ensuring violence and recruitment of child soldiers, rehab centre for children who have been child soldiers. Reunions with family and ensure therapy for the family and the child so that they can live together and again build the life to the child.

• The NGO shall follow the rules as written in the Child Convention of 1989.
• The team in this NGO include, psychologists, physiotherapist, doctors and nurses, volunteers, child care workers, teachers, lecturers from different religions and ethnic groups, dentists.
•  The team must agree to work for minimum wage and could be available to advance into various countries that are subject recruitment and abduction of children to become child soldiers.
•  The NGO is removable, what I mean by that is that it is a temporary Institution in a country when it occurs assault and abduction of children. Its a Institution were rebuilding the trust between child and family are rebuild.
•  Since the research institute goes on to the land that need help. There is established a small institute in the country where it has already occurred recruitment of child soldiers. We are a small team who work there but who cooperate well with offices in Oslo and the largest group that constantly moves, and any other institutes in the other countries were we have been.
• The team here is small and consists of a governor who is responsible for all financial and primary contact, a doctor, psychologist, teacher and volunteer.
• It must be sponsored by individuals and organ missions that are not controlled by government or other political groups
• It can be supported by religious teachers

This is the idea I have come up with today. And its an Idea I want to thing more about and add more information, statics and facts, if its possible to establish this kind of NGO.
